Fred Tsui Named Executive Director of Hong Kong International Film Festival Society

According to Variety, Fred Tsui, founder and CEO of Moebius Entertainment, is taking over as executive director of the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society. Tsui succeeds Albert Lee and will report to board chair Dr. Wilfred Wong, starting September twenty-third.
