Ukrainian outlets reported the event, publicly announced under the name Armada, had drawn representatives of the country's defense industry. Officials say investigators have opened a case into how the gathering was organized and held. Analysts cited by Ukrainian media noted the daytime attack was unusual for Kyiv, which Russia more often strikes at night.
