Seeking Mentees for the Sentient Futures Project Incubator

LessWrong is recruiting mentees for its Sentient Futures Project Incubator, a program focused on AI ethics and nonhuman welfare. Participants work remotely with mentors over ten weeks, starting August thirty-first. The commitment is five to ten hours per week, including a weekly call with your mentor and light asynchronous support. Mentees select up to three mentors or projects to match with; some mentors have specific proposals, others support mentees' own ideas. Applications are due August ninth.
