The substance found in a van after a fatal shooting by an immigration agent in Houston was not drugs, The Texas Tribune reports, citing the district attorney and U.S. Representative Sylvia Garcia. Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was killed by the agent on Tuesday on Houston's Canal Street. The feed does not include further detail on the case.
