UN rights chief Turk wins second term despite US and Israeli opposition

Austrian lawyer Volker Turk has won a second term as United Nations human rights chief, per Al Jazeera, despite opposition from the United States and Israel. He's set to become the first person to complete two four-year terms in the post since its creation.
