Tasmania Police says stabbing, fatal crash linked

Tasmania Police say a stabbing and a fatal car crash on Saturday are linked. Officers were called to a home in Exeter, where a woman had suffered serious stab wounds. A short time later, the man police believe inflicted those wounds died in a car crash that also left a third person seriously injured, ABC News reports.
