Fourth firefighter dies from burns received in June during Colorado wildfire operation

A fourth firefighter has died from injuries sustained during a wildfire operation near the Colorado-Utah border last month. The Guardian reports that Nathan Matthews, forty-three, of Lincoln, Nebraska, died on Friday, according to the US interior department, a month after a fast-moving burnover overtook his crew. Three of his colleagues were also killed when the fire overcame them in June. The interior department confirmed the latest death in a release on Saturday.
