Eight family members found dead in Michigan fire, some with gunshot wounds

Authorities in Michigan are investigating a horrific scene after eight members of the same family, six of them children, were found dead inside a home. The Guardian reports that firefighters and Ottawa County sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a house fire on Riverside Trail in Grand Haven Township at around eleven forty in the morning on Friday. When crews reached the bodies, at least some of the dead were found to have gunshot wounds. Officials have not yet said what led to the deaths.
