Police hunt for suspect after one killed and 16 injured in attack at Berlin Pride

German police are hunting a fugitive suspect after a van rammed into the crowd near Berlin's Pride festival on Saturday night, killing one person and injuring at least sixteen others. The Guardian reports that authorities have identified the suspect only as a twenty-one-year-old named Abdul B, and believe several people were also stabbed after one or more occupants left the vehicle. The Pride march itself was called off in the aftermath, as the search for the suspect continues.
