Israel detains over 70 suspects following deadly violence in the West Bank

Israeli forces have detained more than seventy suspects across the occupied West Bank, sweeping through the territory in the day after clashes in the village of Tell left two Israeli soldiers and four Palestinian villagers dead. France 24 reports troops remained deployed in the area through Saturday, with Palestinians describing searches that extended to a hospital in Nablus, one of the territory's most volatile cities.
