JLink JTAG access on the Pinecil soldering iron

dev_tools

The Pinecil soldering iron continues to evolve as a hacker's toolkit. Daniel Mangum has added JLink JTAG debugging support to the popular open-source iron, building on earlier UART access work documented at Adafruit. With upstream support for the Bouffalo Lab BL706 microcontroller now in the Zephyr real-time operating system, developers have more tools for in-circuit debugging. The result: a soldering iron that doubles as a hardware development platform. For the maker and embedded community, that means cheaper, more accessible debugging hardware.
