Katy Perry ‘deeply appalled’ over White House using her song in Iran war video

The Guardian reports that Katy Perry has condemned the Trump White House for using her song Firework without permission in a TikTok video of US military strikes on Iran. The post, which played her music over footage of a missile striking an Iranian naval ship and carried the caption 'Iran has been warned,' amassed over six million views. Perry says she never approved the use of her music.
