Trump says NATO allies ‘let down’ US by not backing Iran war

According to France 24, President Trump expressed disappointment that NATO members didn't support a US military campaign against Iran. Trump said the US had defeated Iran without the allies' help. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte defended the alliance, noting that four thousand to five thousand American aircraft operated from European bases during the conflict.
