Three people are dead and several others injured, including a two-year-old boy, after a shooting at a food festival near Seattle's Space Needle on Monday. Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson says a suspect is now in custody. The Space Needle is one of the city's best-known landmarks, drawing crowds to events in the surrounding area.
