‘A control freak with a terrible temper’: James Desborough convicted of triple murder

James Desborough has been convicted of a triple murder, The Guardian reports, adding to a life sentence he was already serving for killing his cellmate while awaiting trial. Prosecutors say he also murdered and dismembered two friends, Claudio Aquilino and Daniel Coleman, in Cornwall. The Guardian notes that before his arrest, Desborough — homeless, jobless, and by his own account furious at the world — pelted Cornwall's county council offices in Truro with dozens of stolen eggs, telling a friend that if he was going to be arrested anyway, he might as well round up the charges.
