Keiko Fujimori takes office as Peru's president, vowing to end decade of instability

Euronews reports that Keiko Fujimori took office in Lima as Peru's first female president, leading the Popular Force party's return to power for the first time in twenty-six years. Vowing to end a decade of political instability, she'll deliver her inaugural address and unveil her cabinet in the coming hours. King Felipe VI of Spain attended the ceremony.
