On Tuesday, Katalyst's LINK spacecraft, contracted by NASA to lift an orbital telescope to higher orbit, tumbled out of control. Two of the spacecraft's three reaction wheels have failed, TechCrunch reports, and there are problems with one of its thruster systems.
