Opposition leader Angus Taylor says he made no payments related to a growing corruption investigation involving members of the NSW Liberal party, according to The Guardian. He's insisting he's not a party to the proceedings being examined by New South Wales's corruption watchdog. Fellow Liberals are closing ranks around him, sidestepping questions about the inquiry by pointing to his statements and his claimed distance from the investigation.
