Madagascar struggles to deal with wave of kidnappings hitting capital city

A wave of child and teen kidnappings has gripped Madagascar's capital, Antananarivo, since late June, leaving the city on edge. The government held a national day of mourning for victims last Friday and has since stood up an anti-kidnapping task force as new reports keep surfacing.
