Venezuela earthquakes: 'The situation is critical'

Two major earthquakes have struck Venezuela, devastating the capital of Caracas and leaving at least thirty-two people dead, with many more feared among the casualties. According to France 24 correspondent Noris Argotte Soto reporting from the city, the situation is critical. Damaged infrastructure is severely hampering rescue and relief operations.
