Beauty chain agrees S$1 million refund scheme after CCS probe into pressure tactics

More than fifty complaints involving nearly one million Singapore dollars in disputed transactions were filed against the beauty chain between August twenty twenty-four and October twenty twenty-five. The settlement addresses customer concerns about pressure sales methods on beauty packages.
