Looking for ops lead peer mentoring

Per a LessWrong post, Pauliina recently took on the role of head of operations at AFFINE, an AI safety organization, and is seeking peer mentorship. For the first time in an ops role, Pauliina has full autonomy without direct oversight, prompting the search for weekly peer calls with someone in a similar position at another AI safety organization to exchange ideas and identify blindspots.
