Lloyds Bank to cut £2bn in costs as part of AI-powered strategy

Lloyds Banking Group, the UK's largest high street lender, is cutting two billion pounds in costs over a four-year plan, per The Guardian. Chief executive Charlie Nunn says the strategy, launching in January, will drive efficiency through new technology and artificial intelligence. The bank will invest thirteen billion pounds by twenty thirty to improve operations, attract new customers, and increase shareholder payouts.
