Low water levels: EU clears old Nazi warships from the Danube

Euronews reports that low water levels on the Danube near Prahovo, Serbia are revealing German warships dating back to the Second World War. The vessels were deliberately scuttled by their crews in nineteen forty-four during the German retreat from Soviet forces. Hidden beneath the river for decades, these wrecks have now surfaced as water levels receded.
