Lindsay Clancy’s husband told police children were dead, court hears

A Massachusetts murder trial is underway for Lindsay Clancy, and testimony this week focused on the chaotic scene police found at her home in January twenty twenty-three, The Guardian reports. Responding officers said they first came upon Clancy herself drifting in and out of consciousness in the snow after she'd jumped from a second-floor window, before her then-husband Patrick Clancy's screams sent them racing to the basement. There, officers who testified Thursday said, Patrick Clancy frantically told them he couldn't wake their three children, crying, "I can't wake them up – I can't get them up!"
