At least 18 die after breach of border between Morocco and Spanish exclave of Ceuta

At least eighteen migrants have died attempting to enter Ceuta, a Spanish exclave on the coast of North Africa, NPR News reports. The deaths came during a surge in which thousands breached the border from Morocco, prompting Spain to deploy military forces to the area.
