Southport killer charged with prison attacks and possessing weapon

Axel Rudakubana, the Southport killer, has been charged with attacking staff at HMP Belmarsh and with possessing a weapon, BBC News reports. The nineteen-year-old is accused of carrying out the assaults between May and October of twenty twenty-five.
