Two men to file wrongful arrest lawsuit over Nancy Guthrie disappearance case

Two men briefly questioned in the search for Nancy Guthrie, the mother of Today show host Savannah Guthrie, say they'll sue the sheriff who detained them for wrongful arrest, seeking three point two five million dollars in damages. The Guardian reports the move comes as the case passes the six-month mark this weekend — Guthrie, eighty-four, was last seen safe at her Tucson, Arizona home on February first, and while authorities including the FBI believe she was kidnapped, no suspects have emerged despite leads and blood spatter found at the house.
