Tunisia has been enforcing rolling blackouts after weeks of extended power cuts during a heatwave, France 24 reports. Between one hundred fifty and two hundred people died in the heat, according to the Order of Young Doctors, and businesses suffered heavy losses as goods spoiled without power. Authorities say electricity is returning to normal as temperatures ease this week, but the crisis has exposed just how fragile Tunisia's energy supply is against increasingly frequent extreme heat.
