Chelsea fined $13.5m for FA breaches, avoid Premier League points deduction

Al Jazeera reports that Chelsea has been fined thirteen point five million dollars by the Football Association for regulatory breaches. The violations were self-reported by the club following its takeover by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, allowing them to avoid a Premier League points deduction.
