DOJ to drop Reflecting Pool case vs. ex-Olympian

A criminal case against former Olympian David Hearn is being dismissed. The Justice Department announced Friday it's dropping charges related to damage at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool—the damage was caused by a botched contractor installation, not Hearn.
