Trump backtracks from promise to let Ukraine build Patriot missiles

At a cabinet meeting at Camp David, President Trump told reporters he is backing away from a promise to let Ukraine manufacture its own Patriot air defense interceptors, The Guardian reports. Trump said that providing the underlying technology was 'a hard thing to give away.'
