Noma restaurant prepares to reopen under new leadership after abuse allegations

Noma, the Copenhagen restaurant often ranked among the world's best, is reopening next week with new leadership. Co-founder René Redzepi stepped down following accusations of physical and psychological abuse; he has apologized for his behaviour. The Guardian reports that Pablo Soto, who spent nearly a decade at the restaurant, is now the executive head chef. The restaurant is introducing a new monthly menu and placing heightened focus on enabling its staff to live full lives.
