Noma, the Copenhagen restaurant often ranked among the world's best, is reopening next week with new leadership. Co-founder René Redzepi stepped down following accusations of physical and psychological abuse; he has apologized for his behaviour. The Guardian reports that Pablo Soto, who spent nearly a decade at the restaurant, is now the executive head chef.
