Poland, Ukraine strike conciliatory tone at reconstruction conference

According to France 24, Ukraine's post-war reconstruction conference opened on Thursday in Poland without President Zelensky, who is boycotting over diplomatic tensions with Warsaw regarding historical disputes. Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko represented Ukraine instead, striking a notably friendly tone and conspicuously avoiding mention of those historical disagreements. The conference aims to rally international support for Ukraine's rebuilding.
