Supreme Court says U.S. can turn away asylum-seekers at the border

The Supreme Court has voted six to three that the government can turn away asylum-seekers at the border and prevent them from applying for asylum. According to the ruling, individuals are no longer guaranteed the right to file an application once they reach the United States.
