Spain installs floating barrier in Ceuta after migration influx

Per France 24, Spain is installing a floating barrier on the sea border between its North African territory of Ceuta and Morocco, after tens of thousands of migrants surged into Ceuta earlier this week. The influx has provoked alarm across the European Union.
