Colombia police station bombed wounding 14 people

A truck bomb has wounded fourteen people near Colombia's border with Venezuela. Per France 24, the government has blamed rebel groups for the attack, which occurred less than a week before President-elect Abelardo de la Espriella takes office. De la Espriella has pledged to end the current administration's peace negotiations with armed groups.
