Venezuelans trapped alive after twin quakes kill at least 188

Twin earthquakes struck Venezuela today, killing at least one hundred eighty-eight people and injuring one thousand five hundred twenty, according to National Assembly chief Jorge Rodriguez. Rescue workers continue pulling survivors from collapsed structures.
