Driver had 43 pages of offences before fatal hit-and-run crash

A judge says the criminal record of a fifty-five-year-old man was among the worst she's seen, after his dangerous driving killed a motorcyclist in a hit-and-run. According to ABC News, the driver's history ran to forty-three pages of offences, including eighteen years of driving bans.
