Weather tracker: Austria breaks heat records as Japan braces for Typhoon Dolphin

The northern hemisphere's weather has been uneven, though. Vancouver recorded its wettest July since two thousand sixteen, a departure from an unusually dry decade-long trend. Elsewhere, Okinawa braces for Typhoon Dolphin, which threatens powerful winds and storm surges.
