France tightens checks on foreign purchases of 'sensitive' firms

France has lowered the threshold for government review of foreign investment in sensitive domestic firms, per Euronews. The Economy Ministry now weighs in whenever a foreign company acquires ten percent or more of a French business, down from twenty-five percent previously.
