Forbes Russia: Wildberries sellers’ losses from Ukrainian warehouse strikes estimated at 215-280 billion rubles

Sellers on the Russian e-commerce platform Wildberries have lost an estimated two hundred fifteen to two hundred eighty billion rubles due to Ukrainian drone strikes on company warehouses, according to an analysis from Data Insight shared with Forbes Russia. At least eighteen warehouses were struck, with damage affecting between eight hundred ninety-three thousand and one point one five four million square meters — roughly seventeen to twenty-two percent of Wildberries' total logistics infrastructure. The exact number of affected sellers remains unknown, though analysts suggest it could run into the hundreds of thousands. While Wildberries has paid out over forty million rubles in compensation to some affected sellers, most are receiving only partial payouts for stored goods. Many complain the payment process is unclear and amounts are too small, and Russia's government has not announced centralized assistance for those affected.
