EFF at BSidesLV, Black Hat, and DEF CON 👨‍💻

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is attending three major security conferences in Las Vegas this week—BSidesLV, Black Hat USA, and DEF CON. EFF staff will host talks on digital privacy, copyright law as it affects security research, and counter-surveillance technology, alongside a question-and-answer panel on digital rights. At conference booths, they'll discuss their latest work, sign up members, and run contests including a poker tournament. The EFF is also holding a book signing for former Executive Director Cindy Cohn's new book, Privacy's Defender, which chronicles three decades fighting for internet privacy and freedom.
