Vampire-obsessed man detained after dumping animal corpses outside churches in New Forest

A forty-eight-year-old man obsessed with vampires and graveyards has been detained in hospital after leaving the corpses of sheep and deer on church doorsteps across the New Forest in Hampshire, according to The Guardian. Benjamin Lewis reportedly believed drinking blood would let him live forever, and had stolen and slaughtered livestock, unsettling parishioners and farmers alike. The Guardian reports he'll be kept in hospital for treatment.
