President Trump privately told Ohio Congressman Max Miller that "things aren't looking good" for his reelection bid, Axios reports, a notably harsher tone than the president's public silence on the matter. The Monday night call came amid reports that Miller assaulted his ex-wife and their child, allegations Miller denies. Miller told Trump he's staying in the race and pointed to his own polling as evidence he's in solid shape. Miller, a former Trump White House aide married to the daughter of Senator Bernie Moreno, is now in a competitive fight to keep his seat this fall.
