GovTech layoffs necessary to maintain quality of digital services for Singaporeans, says Jasmin Lau

Channel NewsAsia reports that Singapore's GovTech has announced layoffs, with the agency stating they're necessary to maintain digital service quality. Officers in their 40s represented about forty percent of those affected.
