In occupied Crimea, a soldier opens fire on fellow servicemen and locals, killing four

A Russian serviceman opened fire in occupied Sevastopol on Tuesday, first shooting at fellow soldiers before turning his weapon on civilians, according to Kremlin-installed governor Mikhail Razvozhayev. Meduza reports four people were killed in total — one serviceman and three civilians, including a 59-year-old man, a 71-year-old man, and a 64-year-old woman — with several others wounded and receiving medical care. The shooter has been detained, but Razvozhayev offered no explanation for what triggered the attack.
