More than 150 migrants rescued after boat catches fire in Channel, French authorities say

More than one hundred fifty migrants have been rescued in the Channel after their boat caught fire mid-crossing to the UK. French maritime authorities say the vessel's engine ignited as it attempted the journey. The Channel remains one of the world's busiest and most dangerous stretches of water for migrant crossings.
