Morocco says it warned Spain after court ruling on migration law

Spain's Supreme Court determined in early July that migrants arriving by sea should not be returned as quickly as other arrivals. Euronews reports that Morocco warned Spain about the ruling, and that Madrid blamed criminal gangs for spreading misinformation about the decision.
