A dinghy carrying one hundred fifty-seven people capsized in the English Channel after its engine caught fire at sea, The Guardian reports. French vessels, aided by two British Border Security Command boats and an RNLI lifeboat, pulled passengers from the water. French authorities said survivors are being taken to Boulogne-sur-Mer, France.
